All orders placed through our webstore are processed promptly. We hold each order for 1 hour after being placed to allow for any last-minute changes or corrections. This ensures accuracy and the best service experience for our customers.

Orders placed before 2 PM EST/EDT will ship on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Shipping Fulfillment

After the 1-hour hold, your order will be prepared, packaged, and shipped using our advanced fulfillment network to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Options and Times

Flat Rate Standard Shipping (5 Business Days): A flat shipping fee of $5.00 applies to all standard ground shipping orders within the contiguous United States.

Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days): Available for an additional fee. Rates are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Alaska and Hawaii Residents: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for flat-rate standard shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on destination and shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
