Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. This means all items must be in their original, sealed packaging, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

  • Due to the nature of our products, which are worn on the body, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

14-Day Refund Window

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, customers must fill out our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form within the 14-day window to request a return.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive an approval email with detailed instructions for sending the product back to our fulfillment center. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for being unopened, unused, and resellable.

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If the returned item fails to meet the criteria (e.g., opened, used, damaged, or not in resellable condition), a refund will not be issued.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund, due to the nature of our products being worn on the body and for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Any items not in their original packaging or missing components, tags, or accessories are considered non-refundable.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
