Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. This means all items must be in their original, sealed packaging, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
Due to the nature of our products, which are worn on the body, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through our return request form or reach out to our customer service team within the 14-day window.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including a prepaid shipping label if applicable, for sending the product back to our fulfillment center.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for being unopened, unused, and resellable.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If the returned item fails to meet the criteria (e.g., opened, used, damaged, or not in resellable condition), a refund will not be issued, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund, due to the nature of our products being worn on the body and for hygiene and safety reasons.
Any items not in their original packaging or missing components, tags, or accessories are considered non-refundable.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if items are returned and found to not meet our criteria (e.g., not unopened, used, or not resellable). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any potential refund or billed separately.
