I ran the Boston Marathon, and These Stayed Put the Whole Race

As someone who’s trained for years and raced in dozens of events, I’ve learned the hard way that comfort matters more than almost anything on race day. You can have the perfect playlist, the best hydration routine, and ideal weather—but if your gear isn’t working with your body, you’re going to feel it. Especially over 26.2 miles.

That’s why I want to talk about something most runners don’t always discuss out loud—nipple chafing and visibility through sports bras. Yep, we’re going there. Because for many of us, especially women, what’s under the bra can make or break a long run.
